ABOUT
The purpose of this practice is to assist individuals and small businesses to establish, preserve, and enforce their rights in their liberty, their business endeavors, and in the products of their own ingenuity and hard work. I help you do this by counseling you through your business and other arrangements and, when necessary, taking issues to court.
I have been practicing in Clearwater, Florida, for over 30 years. My legal education had a focus in itellectual property law and criminal law. Each client is important to me and communication and creative thinking make working together an efficient and enjoyable process.

Intellectual Property
It is important for you to establish a strategy for using and protecting your business identity, business methods, and your ingenuity in creating marketable products from your hard work and your thoughtful ideas. This is done through patent, trademark, and copyright law and sometimes by establishing trade secrets with your business associates and vendors. I can file the necessary papers for you and, when necessary, litigate your disputes for you.
Criminal
When you or a loved one may be charged with or have a question about criminal conduct, I can advise you through the best course of action and I have more than 30 years of trial experience it is necessary for you to mount a defense. At this critical time is important that you have the benefit of objective and honest advice as well as a zealous advocate.
Family
If you cannot resolve the issues of your marriage I will work with you to achieve a fair settlement and, if necessary, can represent your interests in court. It is hard enough to experience a fracture in your family situation and it is important to proceed with clarity of purpose and with confidence that you will be well advised and represented.
Real Property
It is important that any agreement you have to buy or sell real property reflects your understanding of the arrangement and that the parties to the contract understand their responsibilities to perform according to such agreement. In the event that your ownership of real property is challenged, it is important that you are made aware of all possibilities of resolving the dispute and that your rights in the property are defended.
